Fun Warmups for Baseball Teams

Here are some fun things to put in your warmup to get your players warm and stretched out.

  1. Arm Circles
  2. Rockets
  3. Stars - Jump up and put arms and legs out like a star
  4. Run the bases

For Older Players

  1. Knee hugs-6 each leg
  2. Straight legs swings-6 each leg
  3. Lunge with a twist over stepping leg-6 each leg
  4. Reverse lunge and reach hands overhead-6 each leg
  5. Side lunges-6 each leg
  6. Arm circles forward-10
  7. Arm circles backward-10
  8. Mountain climbers to outside hands-10 each leg
  9. Jumping jacks-15
  10. High knees up and back
  11. Side shuffle up and back
  12. Carioca up and back
  13. Backwards run up and back
  14. Straight steal up and back
