Week 1

BB drill: 30 reps

(Explanation of BB drill: You, the hitter, gets into your batting stance without a bat. Your partner, the pitcher, tosses you a mini-wiffle ball- or any softer ball will do. Do it underhanded, not overhanded, in the beginning. The pitcher should toss the ball near your front hip. You, the hitter, throw your TOP hand at the ball to slap it, catch it, or even just touch it. If you can catch it, great! But it's not necessary. Just try and at least go through the ball and extend your top hand so it ends up fully extended toward the pitcher.)
