Skip or Jog then do Walking Lunges

1. Whole Body - Reach for Sky then Touch Toes

2. Ankle Circles (switch directions)

3. Knee Circles (switch directions)

4. Hips Circles (switch directions)

5. Elbows Hinges

6. Shoulders - Arm Circles (x3 plus small. medium, large)

8. Neck - Forward , Right, Back, Left (Grab Opposite Arm)

9. Legs

Sumo
Butterfly
Knee to Chest
Hammy Touch the Ground (x3)
Thigh Stretch
Runner's Stretch - 
Seated, legs apart, lean over the straight leg
 
10. Core
 
Superman
Straight Leg Up (Then Sit Up with Arms Out)
Bent Leg Over Body
